RETURN POLICY

We want you to have the highest-quality experience at all times! 

That’s why it’s our ONE and ONLY goal to make sure you’re 100% completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Shades of Havana. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, handling or other additional charges.

We stand behind our products! Our mandate is to deliver you the highest quality products, however if any items turn out to be defective, break or have damage, you can simply return the products - we want it to be as easy as possible for you!

Returned merchandise must be received unused in its original packaging and must include all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Items that include a Manufacturer's warranty are handled directly through the manufacturing entity - we will guide you through this process rest assured. 

If within 7 days of receiving an undamaged item you do not absolutely love it, please follow these directions for return:

  • Contact customer service at info@shadesofhavana.com to request a return and obtain a Return number
  • Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging
  • We will notify you with the shipping address and information of where to send the returned product 
  • Send us an email letting us know the tracking # so we can monitor the arrival of the product
  • We will inspect the product for damages, etc and provide you a full refund minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges if necessary

For damaged items or items in need of repair please follow the steps above and we will send you the return address. This is provided it is within the 7 days of delivery and above return window. 

Please take note that returns may take 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process. 

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

Please contact us at info@shadesofhavana.com within 1 hour of your placed order to request a cancellation. Any cancellation requests after 1 hour of order placement may not be cancelled and subject to return upon delivery. 

WARRANTY

Many of our products come with Manufacturer warranties that cover damage or defective parts for a limited time period after purchase. If a product defect or damaged part is still under warranty please email our support team and we will provide information on how to start a warranty claim. Please be advised you the customer will have to file your warranty claim.
