Shipping Methods

To offer the best possible prices, deals, and free shipping we currently we offer our customers two shipping methods:

 

FREE Ground Shipping (on orders over $99): Ground service is shipped through United Parcel Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx. Includes tracking, this will be emailed immediately to you once your order has been packed and picked up by courier.  Ground service generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery.  An economical choice for routine shipments.

Standard USA Ground Shipping (orders under $99): For smaller items such as lighters, cutters, and accessories with very affordable rates between $3.99 to $7.99.  Ground service is shipped through United Parcel Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx. Includes tracking, this will be emailed immediately to you once your order has been packed and picked up by courier.  Ground service generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery.  An economical choice for routine shipments.

 

Processing

All orders within the Continental United States are shipped "no signature required" via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS). Most orders ship within 24-48 hours from the time the order is submitted (excluding weekends or holidays)

Orders placed after 4pm EST time may not be processed until the next business day.  Allow for additional processing time during the holidays.

 

Rush Processing

This option is available upon request - please contact us at info@shadesofhavana.com for rush processing.

Selecting this option does not speed up shipping time, it speeds up processing time.  This means your order will be processed, picked, packed and shipped ahead of other orders in the queue. This does not guarantee that your order will ship the next business day - but we will do our best to make it happen!
